Client Stories
With too much merch to transport in the truck alone, Firefly created a marketing truck capable of towing a separate merchandise trailer. A 14' Isuzu chassis was selected for its powerful, heavy duty platform — built as lightweight as possible to maximize towing capacity.
Firefly fabricated a custom serving window with unusual rounded corners to give the truck a bubbly appearance in line with Sanrio's brand. The top featured a LED roof-mounted channel letter sign. The entire truck was finished in a special holiday-themed graphic wrap featuring the iconic character Kitty White.
The result: This custom vehicle created Instagrammable moments at seasonal activations across the country. With the success of the trucks, the Hello Kitty Cafe campaign expanded to include permanent locations in Irvine, CA and Las Vegas.

Tech giant Snapchat wanted a unique hangout space for employees to decompress on their Santa Monica campus. Firefly gutted the trashed interior of a vintage Spartan trailer and converted it to a cozy lounge and cafe — reproducing a charming, mid-century vibe while retrofitting the trailer for modern use.
- Original brass sconces salvaged and reconditioned

- Vintage fridge color matched and custom painted
- Old school record player with high-end audio system
- Custom oversized folding door with integrated serving window

The result: Instead of a costly brick-and-mortar buildout, Snapchat now has a creative employee lounge and cafe space — complete with Taylor soft serve and commercial-grade espresso — that could be resold and recoup investment should needs change.

Already available at CVS stores nationwide, Buoy wanted to make a splash with their hydrating drops by targeting wellness-obsessed Millennial women. Firefly customized our towable "Horseshoe" marketing trailer kiosk design to create a flexible solution for hosting activations, sampling products, and boosting sales for years to come.

This Boston based wine company launched a marketing truck to promote their e-commerce site, wine club and wine label partners. The #MakeLifeBubbly truck capitalizes on the rosé and bubbly trend to grab the attention of 90+ Cellars' target demographic: Millennial women.

Mayfield Dairy prides themselves on partnering with 13,000 family-owned dairy farmers to create quality milk and ice cream. Firefly jumped at the opportunity to help this 100-year old Southern dairy brand launch a regional food truck marketing tour.
The client planned 48 activations over 12 weeks. With specific freezer requirements including a huge Master-Bilt dipping freezer, Firefly fit all necessary appliances for high-volume sampling throughput within a 14' kitchen footprint.
National cabinet brand Semihandmade wanted to put their new BOXI product line into the hands of designers, contractors, and DIY home renovators. Firefly partnered with Semihandmade's designers to bring a show-stopping mobile showroom to life on an 18' stepvan chassis.
The challenge: create a truck that felt like a residential kitchen while still meeting all needs of a public, commercial space. Large architectural windows, laminate flooring, streamlined finishes, and a maximalist exterior wrap all reflect current home decor trends.
To make the showroom universally accessible, Firefly installed a BraunAbility wheelchair lift and widened the aisle to 36". A two-door entry/exit flow — a nod to IKEA — keeps any line moving smoothly at high-traffic design expos across the country.
