Does Firefly Offer Financing?
Yes!
Financing is available for both established businesses and new startups. Established businesses usually qualify for better rates and lower down payments than startups. It only takes 2 minutes to prequalify and doesn’t affect your credit.

When Do I Need to Pay for My Workhorse Food Trailer?
If you finance, you will pay the lender a down payment at signing, plus an ongoing monthly payment until your loan or lease term ends. You will then own the vehicle.
If you want to pay Firefly with cash, check or ACH, a deposit of $40,000 is due when you place the order. The remainder is due within seven days of completion or prior to the trailer leaving our facility, whichever comes first.
How Soon Will My Workhorse Trailer Be Ready?
We wish we were able to keep these food trailers in stock, but people keep buying them before they are finished being built. Our target build time is currently 16 weeks from order to completion, but may vary. Please contact us for more details.
Can I Make Changes to the Workhorse Food Trailer’s Design?
Want to change the interior? We may be able to make minor equipment changes to the Workhorse Food Trailer. Please contact us to discuss at (323) 524-0078 ext 1.
Want to change the exterior? You can customize the silver metal exterior with a colorful vinyl wrap for only $4,800. Our graphic designer will work with you to create a look that attracts customers to your business. Logo-only partial wraps are also available for less.
Please note that our wrap costs do not include logo design or custom illustration.
What Equipment Isn’t Included?
While Firefly provides secure attachment points and all electrical and liquid propane connections, you will need to buy a 100lb vertical refillable propane tank and plug in a generator. To run all of your equipment, the generator must be a minimum of 6,000 watts or 6KW.
The generators we recommend are either the Predator 9500 Watt or Honda EU7000i. The propane tank we recommend is any 100lb vertical refillable propane tank. These items can be purchased from many stores including Home Depot, Harbor Freight, and Lowes.

Are Firefly’s Food Trailers and Food Trucks Made in California?
Yes!
Firefly’s manufacturing facility and food trailer dealership is located in the small town of Agua Dulce, CA, in the northern part of Los Angeles County.
Firefly is a licensed trailer manufacturer. We build all our trailers from the ground up with wider bodies for more aisle space, thicker metal for long lasting durability, curved roofs to minimize leaks, and higher GVWR rated axles to safely transport heavy kitchen equipment and food.
