Now this family can make their signature tacos dorados from their complete mobile kitchen equipped with a flat top grill, 2 deep fryers, vertical fridge, prep fridge and undercounter freezer. Yum!

After seeing some success catering for private events, Anna decided to take the leap and start her own taco truck. Today, Anna serves up twists on Mexican favorites with a 2-burner stove, double pan steam table, 50 lb deep fryer, 36” griddle, 48” prep fridge, and 54” double door upright fridge.

The exterior is outfitted with a beautiful bright green wrap by Firefly’s in-house wrap designer and our magnetic menu board with LED lighting.

Vancil Sazón was ready to take their family-owned catering business to the next level with a mobile kitchen. Chévere Chapin was built to be more than just a mobile kitchen — it’s a cultural platform! The truck’s wrap design incorporates Mayan-inspired artwork, representing Guatemala’s indigenous roots.
