Already available at CVS stores nationwide, Buoy wanted to make a splash with their hydrating drops. Firefly suggested customizing our towable, “Horseshoe” trailer kiosk design to create a flexible solution that could be used to sample products and boost sales. For now, this inviting trailer is growing Buoy’s brand awareness by sampling product on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice, CA. At a fraction of the price of renting a retail storefront, the Buoy trailer is a small investment that will continue to pay big dividends as the company grows. If Buoy’s marketing strategy changes, this little trailer will be an awesome interactive sales booth at conferences and events.

TOY STORE TRUCK MOBILE BUSINESS
A character designer contracted us to build this toy capsule truck as a creative way to share her stories with the world. Designed as a modern twist on toy capsule vending machines from the 1970s, a bank of clear containers display and dispense colorful, toy figurines at the twist of the handle. The figurines vended are a mixture of pop culture characters and her own characters to create a nostalgic and immersive experience sure to delight people of all ages.

Semihandmade made a name for themselves creating quality cabinet doors that mount on Ikea’s standard cabinet bases. We built them an 18′ mobile showroom to demo their new BOXI cabinet line. The challenge for us was to create a truck that felt like a residential kitchen while still meeting all the needs of a commercial retail space. Huge residential windows, laminate plank flooring, streamlined finishes, colorful accents, and a maximalist exterior wrap reflect current home decor trends. We also installed a BraunAbility wheelchair lift and widened the aisle to 36” to keep the truck inviting and accessible to all customers.
WELL BUILT CROSSFIT
GYM TRAILER MOBILE BUSINESS
This Santa Monica personal trainer had a simple idea: Why not do CrossFit outdoors? So he took his popular workout regime on the road to parks and beaches with a self-contained, solar powered, mobile gym. The trailer transforms into a full CrossFit gym complete with pull up bars, free weights on racks, resistance bands, tractor tires, battle ropes, and more. Workout videos demonstrate correct form on portrait mounted TVs while the JBL stereo system streaming keeps customers pumped.
