Northern California caterer, Mountain Lotus, focuses on Pacific Rim-inspired, plant-based catering for events. The second mobile kitchen in their fleet, this food truck was specifically manufactured on a Dodge Ram chassis that can handle extreme weather, extra insulation, and a custom, arched roofline designed to shed snow loads. Inside you’ll find a Rational combi oven, 4-burners, oven, sandwich prep table, upright fridge, upright freezer, speed rack, and 8000 watt generator. This food truck is bringing the heat to the frosty Sierras!

Boutique hotel, Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, wanted to offer a casual outdoor dining experience for their guests. Our solution? Retrofit a vintage Airstream trailer with a full kitchen to serve upscale American fare. Equipment includes a 4-burner range, oven, microwave, and 48” prep fridge and a combination griddle and salamander. This unique, multifunctional piece of equipment is an efficient use of space and fuel making it perfect for a food trailer. Parked on their lawn, this permitted mobile food facility is a cost effective extension of the hotel’s brick and mortar kitchen.

Our long time customer, California Mobile Kitchens, requested we fabricate three additional 32’ catering trailers to add to their rental fleet. Each identical trailer comes loaded with a Vulcan double stack convection oven, 60” griddle, 6-burner range, upright fridge, upright freezer and a fryer or warming cabinet. As a California licensed trailer manufacturer, we will be building all future trailers from the ground up for this customer.
