This Fresno, CA pop-up earned a devout fanbase serving up finger-licking grub at local breweries and events. With the pop-up as a successful proof of concept, we helped Gator’s secure financing and get a health permit for Firefly’s affordable “Workhorse” food trailer model. Fully-loaded with a griddle, fryer, stove, upright fridge, prep fridge, and under counter freezer, this 14′ catering trailer was the perfect solution to grow this family business. Oh Neil’s Ice Cream
CUSTOM CONCESSION TRAILER
This vintage ice cream trailer is actually a retrofitted Airstream built for Oh Neil’s Handscooped Ice Cream. This challenge for this design was to fit the oversized equipment within the aluminum facade without losing the Airstream’s original charm. We fabricated a larger entryway and serving door, and installed a heavy suspension system to accommodate a gigantic Nelson dipping cabinet, Emory ice cream maker, and full size upright fridge. After adding heavy duty suspension and an exterior polish we finished it off with a retractable awning to compliment the classic vibe.

This Washington state winery wanted a mobile bar to extend their capability and connect with new and existing customers. The client opted to keep the interior simple, but go all-out on the exterior with a real hand distressed barn wood finish, fold-down channel letter sign, and Instagrammable “selfie” wall made of license plates. When this wine trailer isn’t busy serving up fruit forward wines at local venues, you’ll find it holding tastings and catering events on their own vineyard property.

Retrofit a vintage Airstream trailer with a full kitchen to serve upscale American fare. Equipment includes a 4-burner range, oven, microwave, and 48” prep fridge and a combination griddle and salamander. This unique, multifunctional piece of equipment is an efficient use of space and fuel making it perfect for a food trailer. Parked on their lawn, this permitted mobile food facility is a cost effective extension of the hotel’s brick and mortar kitchen.
