Startups can get lease-to-own financing with as little as 10% down payment with good credit. If you have bad credit or no credit, you may qualify with a higher initial payment  It only takes 2 minutes to prequalify and doesn’t affect your credit.

If you finance, you will pay the lender a down payment at signing, plus an ongoing monthly payment until your loan or lease term ends. You will then own the vehicle.

If you want to pay Firefly with cash, check or ACH, a deposit of $40,000 is due when you place the order. The remainder is due within seven days of completion or prior to the trailer leaving our facility, whichever comes first.

Every new food trailer and food truck that Firefly manufactures comes with a nationwide, transferrable, 2-year warranty on everything Firefly makes.

If you have a warranty issue with your food trailer after purchasing, email Firefly at claims@fireflyfabrication.com with a description of the problem.

Yes!

We will work with you or your financing company to handle all of the DMV paperwork including title, registration, and temporary license plates.

Within 8 weeks, your state’s DMV will mail out the title, registration stickers, and permanent license plates directly to your address. If you financed, the title will be mailed to the financing company, not to you.

If you live in California, your trailer will also need a California HCD Insignia which we can provide.

Firefly has been approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to issue VINs and is a California Department of Motor Vehicles (CA DMV) licensed trailer manufacturer.

Unlike many trailers you might buy off Alibaba or Ebay, all Firefly trailers meet Department of Transportation (DOT) trailer safety regulations and are street legal. Plus, having a Trailer Manufacturer’s License allows us to build special trailers that are perfectly suited for mobile kitchens. Think wider bodies for more aisle space, thicker metal for long lasting durability, and higher GVWR rated axles to safely transport heavy kitchen equipment and food.

Want to change the interior? We may be able to make minor equipment changes to the Early Bird coffee trailer. Please contact us to discuss.

Want to change the exterior? You can customize the silver metal exterior with a colorful vinyl wrap for only $4100. Our in-house graphic designer will work with you to create a look that attracts customers to your business. Logo-only partial wraps are also available for less.

Please note that our wrap costs do not include logo design or custom illustration.

You’ll notice we don’t include an espresso machine, brewer or grinder with your coffee trailer. That’s because it’s best to buy your coffee equipment from the same local coffee roaster that sells you wholesale beans. Not only will your roaster be able to expertly advise on the right equipment for your business, but they can supply coffee equipment at better prices than Firefly can get. Plus, they offer equipment calibration, training and continued support for free. 

Also, while Firefly provides secure attachment points and all electrical connections, you will need to buy and plug in a generator. To run all of your equipment, the generator must be a minimum of 6,000 watts or 6KW. The generators we recommend for this concession trailer are either the Predator 9500 Watt or Honda EU7000i. Both can be purchased from many stores including Home Depot, Harbor Freight and Lowes.

We wish we were able to keep these food trailers in stock, but people keep buying them before they are finished being built. Our target build time is currently six weeks from order to completion, but may vary. Please contact us for more details.

Once completed and paid for in full, your food trailer can be picked up at our facility in Agua Dulce, CA or shipped to you at your arrangement and expense. Firefly is happy to recommend shippers if required.

Yes! Firefly’s manufacturing facility and food trailer dealership is located in the small town of Agua Dulce, CA which is in the northern part of Los Angeles County. All of Firefly’s food trucks and food trailers are proudly made in America.
