This family run business wanted a customized truck to reflect their brand of “modern farmhouse”, so we designed a custom wood framed chalkboard menu with flower box to set the tone. Inside, the mobile kitchen includes a 36” flat top range, two burner range, steam table, deep fryer, upright fridge and freezer combo, and A/C unit, powered by a 7000 watt generator. This equipment is used to prepare Meadowlark Cafe’s signature grass-fed beef sliders, french fries, and local creamery milk shakes – a must try when you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area.
