Today, Anna serves up twists on Mexican favorites with a 2-burner stove, double plan steam table, 50 lb deep fryer, 36” griddle, 48” prep fridge, and 54” double door upright fridge. It’s a coffee emergency! We converted a former Red Cross emergency vehicle into a custom coffee truck for these Bozeman-based entrepreneurs. Because food truck requirements are less strict in Montana, we were able to warm up the kitchen with residential finishes like butcher block countertops, a penny tile backsplash, and a ceiling finished in wood-laminate. A skylight brightens the space while a display case tempts customers with baked goods.
