Testimonials

Justin and Firefly are an incredible team of professionals that know what they are doing and charge unbelievably reasonable prices. I know because we had our truck built 6 years ago by horrible criminals… Justin is HONEST and RELIABLE and KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Muy buen lugar para comprar una lonchera.[Translated] Very good place to buy a lunch truck.
I’m literally speechless. They did a wonderful job and I’m most grateful. Customer service was amazing.
Justin is amazing. I loved working with him. For our 2nd truck everything he built he stood by if there were any issues he fixed them right away. I researched a lot of builders and he was the most helpful and affordable.

Donuttery Donut and Coffee Truck

Coffee Truck

This Huntington beach donut icon needed a food truck with a small footprint to help navigate the tight city streets they planned to operate in. With the donuts fried fresh at their brick and mortar facility then stored on speed racks in the truck, the remaining space could be dedicated to the perfect donut compliment… freshly brewed coffee. We were able to fit in an upright fridge, Fetco digital coffee brewing system, Fetco grinder, and nitro cold brew dispenser into the 13’ kitchen. It’s always exciting to build a mobile platform for a thriving business!

Layout and Equipment Change

We converted this used ice cream truck into a new gourmet hot dog truck business for our client. This makeover required a complete redesign of the equipment and layout inside the truck. After getting Health Department plan check approval, we removed everything except the walls and ceiling from the truck. Then we updated the electrical and added a new propane system to power the new 48” prep fridge, 36” griddle, hood, 3- compartment sink, hand sink, and A/C unit. All stainless storage cabinets, stainless countertops, splash guards and aluminum diamond plate flooring were custom fabricated and installed to pass the Health Department inspection.
