Provisioned with a professional espresso machine, serious water filtration system, nitro taps, knock box, pitcher rinser, fridge, and ice bin, this truck is bringing balanced coffee to Napa catering and events. Lifx color changing lights, a JBL sound system, and red and black vinyl wrap amplify the sipping experience.

Founded by US Air Force veteran Joe Real, Drive Thru Joe’s mission is to serve up quality coffee, quick to military personnel stationed in Oahu, Hawaii. Built on Firefly’s Early Bird coffee trailer model, the interior supports high volume sales with two undercounter prep fridges, knock box, pitcher rinser, cup dispensers and plenty of countertop space. Wrapped in military drab and featuring a black magnetic menu board, Drive Thru Joe is ready to support veterans and the military community.

It’s a coffee emergency! Firefly converted a former Red Cross emergency vehicle into a custom coffee truck for these Bozeman, Montana based entrepreneurs. Because food truck requirements are less strict in Montana, Firefly was able to warm up the kitchen with residential finishes like butcher block countertops, black penny tile backsplash, and a wood-laminate ceiling. A skylight brightens the space while a display case tempts customers with baked goods.

Focusing on wellness, this coffee bus offers handcrafted espresso and ceramics. The interior of this converted shuttle bus is a ray of sunshine with yellow powder-coated cabinets and glass rear door. Core equipment includes two undercounter fridges, espresso machine, two grinders, drip brewer, pitcher rinser, A/C, and backup camera, all powered by a 12.5kw generator. A grounding ritual — sipping coffee from a handmade ceramic mug at the Little Lamb coffee bus.
