Riptide Shave Ice just launched their custom-built concession trailer out of Firefly Fabrication’s Agua Dulce facility, and it’s one of the most eye-catching builds we’ve done this year.
Everyday Is Pow Day in Santa Clarita
Riptide Shave Ice is bringing Hawaiian-style shave ice to the streets of Santa Clarita, Valencia, and Saugus — and they came to Firefly with a vision as bold as their brand. The result? A jet-black trailer wrapped in graffiti tag art, a full-color cartoon mascot, and hot pink lettering that reads “Everyday Is Pow Day.”
This isn’t your average snow cone cart. Riptide is here to make shave ice a full experience and their trailer announces that from a block away.
The Build
Riptide’s trailer was built and wrapped right here at Firefly Fabrication in Agua Dulce, CA — just minutes from their home base in the Santa Clarita Valley. The compact concession trailer is designed for maximum mobility, letting Riptide hit events, parks, markets, and private parties across the SCV without the overhead of a brick-and-mortar location.
The wrap was designed to reflect the brand’s surf culture energy and SoCal street art aesthetic a glossy black base with layered graffiti tag art in the background, two custom cartoon mascots riding shave ice waves, and bold typography that pops from every angle.
Key wrap details include:
- Full-panel graffiti tag background in tone-on-tone black and grey
- Custom cartoon mascot — an original character surfing a shave ice wave with a golden spoon
- “RIPTIDE Shave Ice” lettering in white and electric teal
- Hot pink stripe along the roofline with “Everyday Is Pow Day” tagline
