A Warranty You Never Have to Use
Replacing a leaky plumbing fitting shouldn't force your business to close its doors for a week. Firefly understands that downtime is often more expensive than the repairs themselves — so we start by engineering reliability in from day one.
We use standard parts wherever possible, make all fittings easily accessible, and keep your custom-cut pieces on file in our digital parts library so they can be easily reproduced. By engineering long-term performance and repairability into every vehicle, we hope you'll never have to use our warranty.
Firefly Warranty Coverage
Welds, frame, wall panels, cabinetry, and all construction workmanship for the full 2 years.
Wiring, breaker panels, outlets, and all lighting installed by Firefly.
Water lines, tanks, sinks, faucets, and all plumbing connections.
All cooking, refrigeration, and storage equipment installed by Firefly at time of build.
Custom-manufactured components are documented in our parts library for 10 years for fast reproduction.
In-house wrap workmanship covered against defects in installation and adhesion.
Is the Firefly Food Truck Warranty Nationwide?
Yes!
Our clients get peace of mind knowing that any work we do is covered with Firefly's industry-leading, two-year warranty… no matter where the vehicle operates.
In many cases, we can simply ship a part to you for easy replacement. More complex warranty work can be handled by a third-party mechanic or technician near you, or at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
Is the Firefly Food Truck Warranty Transferable?
Yes!
Firefly believes a warranty should apply to the project, not the owner.
Some of our clients plan to sell a Firefly project after operating it for only a few months. Others need to sell their project unexpectedly. We stand behind all of our builds regardless of whether it has changed hands.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
If anything Firefly manufactures is faulty or defective, we'll happily fix it for you at no cost. Simply call us at 323.524.0078 or email warranty@fireflyfabrication.com. We offer personalized support and help troubleshoot any issues.
If your issue is related to a piece of equipment from another manufacturer — like a generator, refrigerator, griddle, fryer, etc. — we recommend contacting that manufacturer directly. Almost all new equipment comes with a 1-year to 5-year warranty depending on the manufacturer, make, and model.
If your issue is with the engine, transmission, brakes, or other components of the vehicle chassis, it may be covered by the vehicle manufacturer or dealership warranty.
