The first of many to come, we hope this trailer will be a core strategy for local food banks to bring wholesome ingredients to food deserts — or for FEMA to deploy as disaster relief.
The upscale design with glass fridge doors, fabric awnings, and mood-setting string lights encourages people to accept this charity not just with dignity, but with enthusiasm.

Capuchin Franciscan Order
Driven by their mission to serve the poor and marginalized, this historied brotherhood of Franciscan monks sought a modern solution to feed the hungry of Los Angeles. Volunteers man the fridge, freezer, griddle, range, oven, and steam table to put out delicious food for the unhomed.
This food truck extends the Order's ability to do good works and bring joyous hope to the neediest communities. Like all Firefly builds, it is constructed to rigorous standards and has passed inspection by the local Health Department.
