Designed as a mobile grocer, the Park-It Market is a 16’ refrigerated trailer that travels to the heart of communities in need of dairy and produce staples. The first of many to come, we hope this trailer will be a core strategy for local food banks to bring wholesome ingredients to food deserts, or for FEMA to deploy as disaster relief. The upscale design with glass fridge doors, fabric awnings, and mood-setting string lights, encourages people to accept this charity, not just with dignity, but with enthusiasm.

Capuchin Franciscan Order of California

CHARITY MOBILE KITCHEN

Driven by their mission to serve the poor and marginalized, this historied brotherhood of Franciscan monks sought a modern solution to feed the hungry of Los Angeles. Volunteers man the fridge, freezer, griddle, range, oven, and steam table to put out delicious food to the unhomed. This food truck extends the Order’s ability to do good works and bring joyous hope to the neediest communities. The Capuchin truck, like all of our food trucks, is built to rigorous standards and has passed inspection by the local Health Department.

The Wandering Bear food trailer was custom built as both a practical expansion to the Pinecrest Summer Camp’s on-site kitchen as well as a fun way to engage kids at mealtime. Equipped with a Blodget double combi oven, 6-burner range, full size oven, fridges and a freezer, this camp is now fully prepared to feed masses of hungry kids after an energetic day of activities. A navy and gold wilderness themed wrap transforms this trailer from sterile to charming.
